Florence G. Heller JCC is located less than a block west of Lake Michigan in the heart of Lakeview. The JCC serves as a cornerstone of Chicago’s near-north Jewish community, providing a comprehensive matrix of programs and services designed to enrich and enhance the lives of thousands of children, adults and families throughout the year. Our adult department serves more than one thousand men and women yearly through an array of social, educational, cultural and recreational programs.

Our events are designed with young singles and couples in mind and include activities such as guest speakers, ballroom dancing, Hebrew classes, a movie club and networking events, just to name a few. Jewish holiday events range from dinners and holiday-themed programs to community social action projects. Our popular sports and leagues program is great for recreation! Join us for open basketball every Monday evening—players of all skill levels are welcome.

JCC members receive a 12-ticket JCC Facility Access Card that allows you to visit any one of our JCC facilities (which feature pools and fitness centers) in Hyde Park, Skokie, Rogers Park, Northbrook and Flossmoor. Specific rules apply.
